I found this in a folder of old lesson plans last night.
Last year, I had a class who was generally pretty good- I mean, lets face it. I only see my kids for 30 minutes once a week. This makes me a pretty cool teacher in their eyes- they get art but its so short that they realize they have to get it together if they want to do anything fun.
This class got a little out of hand and when their classroom teacher came back to her room, she was horrified with the report I gave her. Needless to say, the next day I had a stack of letters in my mailbox.This one was my favorite, I’m sure you have figured out why.

I teach at 3 schools. No art rooms- its art on a cart minus the cart. (I get a cart at the school with no stairs). 900 kids- 42 classes a week, 30 minutes each.
